Host Event Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking an event with Host Events Pte Ltd you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

A 50% non-refundable payment for the venue rental is required at the time of booking to secure your event. Full payment is required no later than 14 days before your event.


Should you wish to cancel your event after booking, you will be refunded the booking amount at the following rates:


- Cancellation 14 or more days before the event - 50% refund

- Cancellation within 14 days of the event - 0% refund


HOST Events Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel your event and retain any payment made in the event that the payment is not received in full 14 calendar days before the date of your event. 


In the event that you cancel your event after receipt of payment, HOST Events Pte Ltd reserves the right to retain 100% of the amount charged, and you shall indemnify HOST Singapore in respect of any non-refundable amounts it may have incurred to third parties.


After receipt of payment, you shall be entitled, at HOST Events Pte Ltd discretion, to postpone your event to an alternative date within a period of 2 calendar months from the original date of your event. Any request to postpone the event must be made by giving notice to HOST Events Pte Ltd not later than 7 calendar days before the original date of your event. If you give notice of postponement later than 7 calendar days before the date of your event, HOST Events Pte Ltd reserves the right to charge you for the full cost of your event, and you shall indemnify HOST Events Pte Ltd for the full cost of any non-refundable amounts incurred to third parties.


Any goods purchased by HOST Events Pte Ltd and/or supplied by third parties shall be delivered to your given address, at your cost (if any), in the event that your event is cancelled at any time or if it is postponed later than 7 calendar days before the original date of your event.


Your booking time will include all time used for setting up and tearing down. Any and all time in excess of your event time as stated in your invoice during which you, your guests, customers, employees, servants and/or agents remain at HOST Singapore’s premises will be charged per hour (rounded up to the nearest full hour) at the hourly rate stated on your invoice. HOST Events Pte Ltd has the right to refuse entry to its premises if you (your guests, customers, employees, servants and/or agents) arrive before the commencement of the booking time stated in your invoice.


HOST Events Pte Ltd shall be entitled to charge you for any and all amounts due (including in respect of the indemnities stated herein) using the credit card you provided.


Please note that our furniture can only be moved by members of the Host Events team WITHIN the venue itself and CANNOT be moved outside of the venue.


CONFETTI, TAPE ON WALLS and CANDLES (except birthday cake candles) are strictly PROHIBITED.
