Booking Enquiries

1. What’s the pricing of your services?
Rental space:
  • First 3 hours $600
  • Additional hours: $100/ hr up till 11pm
  • Additional hour after 11pm is $200/h

2. Are the prices stated on the website nett or there are additional taxes to account for?
The prices on our website are nett prices.

3. What are the facilities included in the rental?
  • High Speed WiFi (Password will be provided at the reception
  • Complimentary Tea, coffee and water (Inclusive of coffee cups and glass wares) 
  • 1x wonderboom bluetooth speaker
  • SMEG refrigerator (can easily fit a 6 inch tall cake ) 
  • 48 inch Television (Perfect for corporate meeting and presentation) 
  • HDMI cable 
  • Paper and Pen
4. Is there a washroom?
Yes, we have a private washroom.

5. Is there a time limit to the rental?
No, you are open to rent as long as you wish.

6. When do I make a payment?
50% payment for the venue rental will be taken at the time of booking. Your reservation will NOT be confirmed until 50% payment is received. The balance payment is paid 14 days before the event.

7. Can I cancel my booking? Will I get a refund?
Should you wish to cancel your event after booking, you will be refunded the booking amount at the following rates:
  • Cancellation 14 or more days before the event - 50% refund
  • Cancellation within 14 days of the event - 0% refund
8. Can I reschedule the event after booking? Will it be chargeable?
You may reschedule up to 14 days in advance of the event with no additional charges.

9. Can I come in before my booking timing to set up the space for the event?
Set up should be included in your booking time. You may come in 15 minutes earlier before your scheduled time and if you need additional time, you may check in with us and book the additional time online.

10. How many chairs do we have in the space?
There are 14 low chairs, 18 high chairs within the space.

11. What are the size of the table in the space?
  • 2x 2.4m high table 
  • 1x 2.4m table table
12. Do you have a cake vendor and what’s the pricing?
Yes, we do have partnering vendor and it costs $450 for a 6” tall single tier tall cake, 10 cookies and 10 cake pops. They are all customisable to the theme of the party. 

Add on: ~ $200 for the second tier of the cake

13. Do you have a balloon vendor? What’s the pricing for the balloon?
Yes we do, it will cost $275 for a 3 meters balloon garland.

14. Is there a cut off time for alcohol?
There is no cut off time for alcohol, so go ahead and enjoy yourself.

15. Can you provide table linen, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, ice bucket etc?
Yes we can, please contact us for rental rates.

16. Do you have a ladder that you provide?
Yes we do have a step ladder in the office.

17. Can you provide us with staffing?
Yes we can, please contact us with your requirements.

18. Am I allowed to bring in my own catering?
Yes! Feel free to bring in any food and drinks including alcohol.

19. Can I shift the tables around in the venue?
Yes, you can send us the layout you like at least 48 hours before your event

20. Can we hang things on the brick wall?
Yes you can, but sticky tape and blue tack won’t work. Please use the nails provided!

21. Do we need to clean up after my event?
No, cleaning is included in your rental fee. However, please take all food items with you or dispose of them in the main bin downstairs before leaving.

22. Is there parking near the venue?
Yes there’s a lot of parking near the venue- there’s street parking along Mohamed Sultan Road, Mohd Sultan Road/River Valley Road off-street Car Park (M 0077) and UE Square.

23. Where is the nearest MRT and Bus Stop?
Nearest MRT would be Fort Canning (Exit A) and there are bus stops Opp Mohd Sultan Road and Bef Mohd Sultan Road.

24. What’s the floor plan and measurement of the area?
